We accept returns and exchanges for up to 7 days from the date you received your order.

All returns must be in the original packaging condition and not used.

Customised products are non-returnable.

Acceptable reasons for returns:

1. exchange of product for different size

2. replacement for a wrong product ordered

Please email customer_care@calis.my before proceeding with your exchange or return. CALIS will verify the claim and respond within 3-5 working days.

Customer will bear the shipping cost of the return items.
